Aiming to enhance wellbeing, Lynda effectively combines her life experiences, techniques and passionate approach to art and life in Soulcircle Workshops and events.
Lynda offers her beliefs on life and inner wellbeing through art as participants enjoy a new fresh perspective on creating art intuitively and in the moment. Intertwining a free-flowing abstract art process with ink and water in symbolic circles offers a true connection with the inner self and a beautiful visual self expression that flows from the soul. Through a ‘letting go’ participants find a new ‘sense of self’ and quite often a deeper understanding of who they really are through reflection on their own artwork.

Lynda’s workshops are beautifully adapted for any age and experience. She has worked with school classes from pre-primary to yr12 in 45min-1hr classes, adults for 2-3hrs and drop-in community workshops that are open to everyone for 3-4hrs. She works to use the power of art to strengthen individuals and communities and enhance wellbeing.
The contemporary yet soothing Soulcircle painting process works with mindfulness and mirrors life, participants see the symbolism of going with the flow, can how it can help in the ebb and flow of life. Inspired by their optimism through actually letting go in the process, results in their ability to cope and have greater confidence in themselves.
There’s an understanding that this art technique can be used as tool to help improve how you feel in a self-soothing way. Even children find making Soulcircle art with play can help them feeling better during their day.
